ONLINE WORKSHOPS
LYNNEBEC provide interactive online workshops for all ages and abilities. We currently have two available; AlgoRHYTHM From Home and Embrace the Strange. This section tells you all about what they are and how to book.

Unlocking science through the power of dance
What happens?
AlgoRHYTHM From Home gives your students the opportunity to approach scientific learning in a different way. It is a welcome change of pace to online zoom lessons, actively getting students up and engaging with both science and dance. No previous dance experience necessary! This includes:
• A big physical warm-up, to prepare students physically
• A basic introduction to science we’re tackling that day
• Teaching the dance moves that match the science
• Putting it all together into a big dance routine
• A cool down and questions

What science do you cover?
We cover four different topics of science. For more information on this, click the button further down to request an information pack.

How do you deliver them?
Our 1 hour online workshops are deliverable via Zoom or any preferred online platform. These workshops are very adaptable and can be delivered in person too when safety restrictions allow.

Why LYNNEBEC?
All of our workshops are active explorations of the LYNNEBEC method of teaching. This method focuses on empowering students at any level to embrace their creativity, confidence in their own movement, and discover new strategies they can carry across their learning.

No risk, no magic!
