"LYNNEBEC’s accessible approach to movement made everyone in the project feel supported and gently encouraged to achieve something they’ve never done before. Their joyful, inclusive style meant our community could take up the space they deserved in their performance, to dance and sing: this is our town".

LYNNEBEC and Keep Moving
LYNNEBEC are thrilled to be part of the 'Keep Moving' programme supported by FABRIC and the Commonwealth Games Legacy Trailblazer Programme. The Keep Moving Programme is the next phase of the Critical Mass project legacy.
From 16th January -12th March 2024, LYNNEBEC will explore their creative process with a new workshop series. These workshops will experiment with collaboration, creating choreography and devising; providing participants with their own toolkit for creativity, whilst exploring LYNNEBEC’s understanding of inclusive approaches to creating interactive performances.

LYNNEBEC’s workshop style is inclusive, fun, feel-good and empowering. You can expect games, dance and lots of time to play and experiment in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Led by Jessica Barber and a super team of support artists.

This is an 8 week workshop series, with the aim of developing young people that are interested in exploring their own creativity and approach to making choreography/performances.
